all orders ship via USPS within 2-7 business days of purchase. if your order is delayed beyond this window, i will email you right away with an update.

most items in my shop are made to order, including teas, syrups, oils, potions, salts, scrubs, candles, and kits — these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, due to their shelf life and ingredients.

non-handmade or resale items — such as tea strainers, spoons, stickers, and enamel pins — are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as outlined below.

for eligible non-handmade or resale items, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

to start a return or exchange, contact me at passionsandpotionstribe@gmail.com. once accepted, i'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

the fastest way to ensure you get what you want in an exchange is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so i can evaluate the issue and make it right.

certain items cannot be returned regardless of condition, including perishable goods (teas, syrups, cacao mixes), custom products (custom oil blends, custom teas), and personal care goods (made-to-order or premade body butter, lip balm, etc). sale items and gift cards are also final sale. reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

once your return is received and inspected, i'll let you know whether it's been approved. approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method — please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post it.
